Enhancing the quality of conversations in education communities

QELi, in an exciting new partnership with Growth Coaching International (GCI), now offers a suite of in-school or in-region coaching programs for all staff, from teachers through to principals and system leaders, corporate services and school support staff.


Coaching is an important way to build teaching and learning capability, build trust, develop leadership skills and ultimately improve student learning outcomes and well-being. The GCI coaching approach can be applied into a wide range of conversational contexts to create a culture of growth across a school, and to support school leaders with giving constructive feedback, working with teams, influencing others, strengthening communication skills, managing challenging conversations and enhancing questioning, listening and clarifying skills.
